Submitting a Message Through the App

The best way to contact our Customer Support department is through the in-app Support page.

To contact Support through the app:

01. Open the in-game Settings page

02. Select Support

03. Choose the Contact Us option. This may be either a text button labeled "CONTACT US"

Submitting a Message Through Email

Finally, our Support team can also be reached by emailing support@gamegenics.com. If you choose to send an email, please include the following info

01.Game you're playing

02. A detailed description of the issue that you're experiencing or feedback

03. Any screenshots or extra info that you can provide
